NFPA 110 and Standby Power Systems / Fuel - 1996 Edition

Technical Information Report #FTI-052099-6

Gregory A. Hagopian
President, FTI

In an effort to assure clean fuel to the prime mover for emergency power system's and recognizing the stability issues with storing today's distillate fuels, more and more Engineer's are specifying stored diesel fuel maintenance equipment installed with above and below ground diesel fuel storage tanks. Realizing that Specifying Engineer's assume a certain responsibility when specifying equipment, FTI has taken the steps necessary to assure the Engineering community that the FT-I-3A series and FT-I-8A series of stored diesel fuel maintenance equipment is manufactured to the highest standards and is in compliance with NFPA equipment requirement, Labeled and Listed.

NFPA 110 - Standard for Emergency and Standby Power Systems, 1996 Edition
